Question & Answer

What does DELCO manufacture?

DELCO manufactures aluminium circles (Alloy 1050 & Alloy 3003), hard-anodised (HA) circles, non-stick cookware circles, brazed/impact-bonded circles, and medical circles such as those used in autoclaves and surgical trays.

Which aluminium circles do you supply?

We supply Alloy 1050 and Alloy 3003 as standard, plus other commercial-purity aluminium grades for cookware, medical and industrial circle production.

What are HA circles (hard-anodised circles)?

HA circles are aluminium circles that have undergone hard anodising to create a dense, wear-resistant, corrosion-proof surface ideal for cookware and medical applications.

Why choose hard-anodised (HA) coating?

Hard anodising increases surface hardness, corrosion protection and wear resistance while improving heat performance and coating adhesion — perfect for cookware and long-life circles.

What coating specs do you offer for hard anodising?

HA coating thickness typically ranges from 10–50 µm. We control every step — thickness, sealing, post-treatment — and supply data on micro-hardness and uniformity for every circle batch.

Can you match anodised colour and finish across batches?

Yes. We perform spectrophotometric checks and sample approvals to ensure consistent HA circle colour and finish across production lots.

Are hard-anodised circles safe for food contact?

Properly processed HA surfaces form a stable oxide layer widely used in cookware. We can share data sheets confirming food-contact safety.

Do you apply non-stick coatings on HA or raw circles?

Yes. We apply PTFE/PFOA-free non-stick systems directly on HA or untreated aluminium circles with controlled pre-treatment for durable adhesion.

Do you provide hydrogen analysis and metallography?

Yes — batch hydrogen, metallography and adhesion tests are performed to ensure drawability and HA coating quality on every circle batch.

What thicknesses and diameters are available?

We produce thin- to medium-gauge circles (approx. 0.3 mm – 6 mm) in custom diameters. HA circles can be supplied to exact OD/ID and coating-thickness specs.

Do you make circles for autoclaves and surgical trays?

Yes — we manufacture aluminium circles for medical use such as autoclave shells, sterilization trays and surgical accessories, with full QC traceability.

What is your lead time?

Sample HA or plain circles: 7–14 days. Production: 3–6 weeks. Lead time may vary with coating thickness and quantity.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on size and finish — smaller lots for plain circles, higher for HA or medical grades. Send details for a quick quote.

What quality documents do you supply?

Each shipment includes material certificates, hydrogen analysis, dimensional and coating-thickness reports. Medical-grade circles include traceability records.

Do you export aluminium circles?

Yes — DELCO exports HA and plain circles worldwide under EXW, FOB or CIF terms. We help with documentation and logistics.

What sustainability practices do you follow?

We recycle aluminium scrap, use energy-efficient anodising, and minimise wastewater in HA lines.

How do I request a quote or sample?

Email sales@delco.in or use our quote form with alloy (1050/3003), finish (HA/non-stick), thickness, diameter and quantity. Samples may be credited on first order.

Who can I contact for technical or OEM inquiries?
